Official Entry Rules & Guidelines
- Your entry must be uploaded, and your People’s Choice vote must be cast, via the design challenge form.
- Your entry must be uploaded by Saturday October 13th 2018 at 11.59pm Pacific Standard Time. And your vite must be cast by Saturday October 20th 2018 at 11.59pm Pacific Standard Time.
- All U.S. federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No purchases are necessary; void where prohibited by law.
- Participants agree to abide by all decisions of Ponoko, which shall be final and binding with respect to all issues relating to this challenge.
- Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative or prize substitution is available. Laser cutting vouchers are redeemable for 12 months until October 31st 2019. They are good for laser cutting by the Ponoko USA & NZ hubs. Do not include metal cutting, materials, shipping, rush fees, samples, Prime fees, Showroom orders.
- Winner agrees that prizes are being provided “as is”, and Ponoko makes no warranty, representation or guarantee regarding the prize, including but not limited to its quality, condition, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Ponoko is not responsible for problems including (but not limited to) damaged, incorrect, inaccurate, lost, delayed, or defective entries, or for injury or damage to any computer resulting from participation in this design challenge. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void.
- Ponoko reserves the right to modify, cancel, postpone or end the design challenge at any time as necessary, at their sole discretion, or to disqualify any participant or winner, at their sole discretion, deemed to have cheated, destroyed, obstructed, or otherwise acted illegally or in bad faith in relation to this challenge.
- By submitting an entry and entering this design challenge, you represent and warrant that: you are over the age of 18, or entering with the knowledge and permission of your parent or guardian (subject to verification), and that the entry does not contain or incorporate the intellectual property and/or confidential information of any third party.
- You retain all your intellectual property including all rights to your ideas and designs, but you’ll let Ponoko display the JPG/PNG of your entry on their design challenge webpage and in other promotional content.
- By entering this design challenge or voting on it, you agree to receive future email from Ponoko. You can unsubscribe from emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails. You will never be emailed again. Ponoko will not pass your personal information to anyone else without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Your information is protected by our Privacy Policy.
- All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights of entrants, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the substance laws of the State of Delaware and any applicable laws and regulations of the United States.
