6061-T6 Aluminum
Light, strong, easy to work with, 6061 T6 aluminum is one of the most common materials in the world. T6 temper 6061 has been treated to provide the maximum precipitation hardening (and therefore maximum yield strength) for a 6061 aluminum alloy. Laser-cut aluminum may have a small amount of dross (burr) on the underside. Parts may also have cosmetic imperfections/scratches as a result of the manufacturing process. Parts over 75mm/3 inches and greater than 1.5mm/0.060" thickness can be deburred for a grained finish. For parts under this size, contact us for finishing options.
