Replacement Main Sprocket

This is a replacement sprocket for existing clocks. It could be used as an upgrade, or to replace a damaged one. It can be installed easily by removing the allen bolt that supports the main shaft, and swapping this part into place.

This replacement sprocket ONLY works if your existing sprocket has 12 teeth - actually it will have 11, plus one missing tooth.

I will need some additional information regarding your existing style of clock to ensure that I ship you the correct part. You will need to count the number of teeth on the rear sprocket, which is driven by the small chain. It should be either 48 or 36 teeth.<br></br><img alt="New_sprocket_showroom_image" src="http://static3.ponoko.com/design_images/images/32168/6b903e06-225b-ad8e-7aac-5af27b5201db/new_sprocket_showroom_image.jpg?1322573147" />

Innovative chain driven clocks suitable for home or office. These clocks feature laser-cut acrylic numerals and motor mounts. They keep accurate time by using industrial synchronous A/C motors, featuring a visible gearset. Designed to be wall-mounted, each clock is about 44 inches tall, and the number chain hangs 26 inches below the drive sprocket. The clocks are pre-assembled, as the assembly of the chain requires tools that are not commonly found in most homes. The numerals and motor mounts may be ordered in any color available on the ponoko material list.

PLEASE NOTE: The motor which provides accurate timing is designed to operate on US/Canadian AC power. (110 volt, 60 Hertz) Most international power suppliers deliver power to your home at ~230 volts, 50 Hertz. This means that modifications must be made to the design to provide accurate timekeeping. Please contact me before ordering.

This is item is currently SOLD OUT. Due to the use of several components which are not sourced by ponoko, construction and delivery is not possible.
