If you would like a new set of numbers for your clock, perhaps in a different color, purchase this item and I will have them shipped directly to you, ready for installation onto your timing chain. Colors available can be seen on the ponoko material list - any color available in 0.177 thickness may be used.

Add-on Lower Sprocket

This is a free-floating sprocket that can be placed at the lower end of the clock chain for a more mechanical look. It does rotate along with the chain, and does not affect the timekeeping in any way. There are two versions available. If you would like to have the sprocket finished and ready to install onto your clock, please select standard UPS shipping. If you would prefer to have the part shipped directly to you from ponoko, then select the "Free Shipping" option. You will need to slightly sand or file down the edges of the sprocket teeth, or it will occasionally become misaligned.

Replacement Main Sprocket

This is a replacement sprocket for existing clocks. It could be used as an upgrade, or to replace a damaged one. It can be installed easily by removing the allen bolt that supports the main shaft, and swapping this part into place. This replacement sprocket ONLY works if your existing sprocket has 12 teeth - actually it will have 11, plus one missing tooth. I will need some additional information regarding your existing style of clock to ensure that I ship you the correct part. You will need to count the number of teeth on the rear sprocket, which is driven by the small chain. It should be either 48 or 36 teeth.

Designed to be wall-mounted, each clock is about 44 inches tall, and the number chain hangs 26 inches below the drive sprocket. The clocks are pre-assembled, as the assembly of the chain requires tools that are not commonly found in most homes. The numerals and motor mounts may be ordered in any color available on the ponoko material list. PLEASE NOTE: The motor which provides accurate timing is designed to operate on US/Canadian AC power. (110 volt, 60 Hertz) Most international power suppliers deliver power to your home at ~230 volts, 50 Hertz. This means that modifications must be made to the design to provide accurate timekeeping.
