The 'Art Deco' necklace drew inspiration from the forms and patterns used at the time. It is comprised of 2 forms that utalise the centres produced to construct a multi-pendant necklace. The top form is manufactured from 4mm Italian Poplar, and has light engravings on the surface that continue from the engravings that feature on the white 1mm Styrene beneath. The engravings on the styrene are brought forward with a stain that has been rubbed into the recesses. The Art Deco necklace is designed to bring graceful forms to industrial materials.
