Returns policy

All pieces sold are new and unworn, so I am unable to accept returns for change of mind. If there are any problems, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve any issues. If your item is lost or arrives broken, please get in contact- I want all of my customers to be 100% happy. Please note- due to the laser-cutting process and the fact that all original designs are initially hand-drawn, the jewellery pieces may have slight irregularities and are intended to have an 'organic' appearance.
