Card Holder Wallet

These files are the cutting pattern for this leather Card Holder Wallet. Fits your credit cards, business cards and some folded cash. The flap folds over holding everything inside and I have never had an issue of stuff falling out in 2 years of use. The design is easily hand stitched together. The stitching holes are cut by the laser so you get a perfect straight line with even spacing. I used approx 1mm/0.04" thick leather for the wallet. The wallet in the photos has a pattern raster engraved in the leather. I have removed this from the file but you are free to add your own. It looks sweet with engraving.

Leather Ipod Case

These files are the cutting pattern for this leather iPod touch case. The design is in 2 halves which can be easily hand stitched together. The stitching holes are cut by the laser so you get a perfect straight line with even spacing. I used approx 1mm/0.04" thick leather for the case. The case in the photos has a pattern raster engraved in the leather. I have removed this from the file but you are free to add your own. It looks sweet with engraving. This design would probably fit an iPhone as well but it would be tight. The leather would wear in over time and the perfect fit would be obtained.

Camera Strap 40" x 1/2"

I made this strap for my camera because I was tired of the bright yellow Nikon sign hanging around my neck every time I went out shooting. So now I have this nice dark brown leather strap. It is 40" long and 1/2" wide. It is made in 3 parts because I could only fit 32" in the laser cutter. I used black 1/4" Double Cap Steel rivets to connect it all together. Search ebay and you'll find them. Super cheap, super easy. Just hit them with a hammer and you are done. The split rings are 5/8" stainless rings from McMaster Carr. This design does NOT make good use of a P3 sized piece of leather. You could maybe make 10 straps on one P3. Maybe you have friends who need straps or some other designs for leather. You can make this on the Natural Russet leather in the catalog now. I would recommend requesting pre-dyed Russet leather though. (This is not made on the leather in the Ponoko catalog)

A stand for your laptop that raises the screen to a height that is better for your posture. The cantilever design allows space to place documents and other items keeping your desk free of clutter. Overall dimensions w 360mm d 300mm h 170mm. Perfect for a Macbook Pro 15". Requires some assembly and I recommend gluing it together to guarantee rigidity. Laser kerf not taken into account for this design. Can be made on any 14"/6mm material. The design needs 2 P3 size pieces of material but there is room for other small items within the pieces. Download it, hack it, sell it, do what ever. Send me pictures if you do make it.

A cute little flat pack spinning top that will be popular with little kids and big kids alike. Made from any 3mm (0.12 inch) Acrylic but rocks in the tints.
