I'm posting a new technique that employs a process I call 2-1/2 D laser etching in high relief. After multiple passes in the acrylic we hand polish the prototype after etching it, than make a silicon mold and reproduce exact copies. We use faux metal finishing techniques to produce a metallic finish that could fool most people.
