Epershand Necklace

A lovely, curvy ampersand pendant on a sterling silver rolo chain, which is adjustable 16-18". "Epershand" is the Scots and Scottish English name for ampersand...whereas ampersand is a corruption of the phrase "and per se and", Epershand is a corruption of "et per se and", with the same meaning. (Thank you Wikipedia for this little gem :) )

Et Flourish Necklace

This is another pretty little version of the Ampersand, and a better representative of it's roots - the Latin word Et. To get technical, the form is actually an "et-ligature" where the e and t are stuck together. This necklace shows my own variation of the Monotype Corsiva ampersand. Laser cut out of black acrylic, the necklace is finished with a great figure 8 sterling chain. Adjustable 16- 18" - if you need more or less, just let me know!

Epershand Studs

Little bitty black ampersands, for your ears! Laser cut acrylic, stainless steel posts. These posts are attached in at the top swirl of the curl, hanging the same way as the Epershand necklace. They are roughly 15mm long. PS - even though they aren't in the photos, you will get a pair of rubber backs as well :)

Comes with four different phrases "Give Me That Drink", "Don't Spill It", "Put It On Me!" & "Yeah That's It!" A little something to spice up your coffee table. Dimensions: Approx 3.4" x 3.4" (Approx 8.7cm x 8.7cm) The one shown in the photos is made with the following material. Bamboo - Blonde Thickness: 0.3cm Size: 18.1cm x 18.1cm Making cost: $9.33 Material cost: $2.63 Plus shipping. You could be using other materials as you wish, but as the nature of the design, you may not want to use the materials that are too soft because some of the design elements may not show up in the final product. This piece is from the Cut Paper collection by Arthur Baker. Cut from folded paper like snowflakes, these magnificent, intricate designs translate beautifully to the sophisticated black acrylic. Difficult to ascertain the origin of the design without much help, I have included the section diagram to show where the calligraphic composition derives from. This beautiful piece is the letter "a" which would be a perfect gift for anyone who's name begins with an "A." Measuring an impressive 3" diameter, a longer 24" chain might look best, however, it would make a spectacular choker as well. You can also choose to have it made as a pin - just remember to let me know all of your preferences when ordering or when I contact you after purchase.
