      <title>Lily pad table</title>

      <description>This is a prototype for a table we starting working on and then never finished.  Needs to be painted but the photos here give an idea of the construction method and final result.  We made a few errors in the tolerances so there was much sanding involved and it's a bit wobbly...although whether that is due to the tolerance problems or inherent to the design we are not sure.

any comments are appreciated.  I'm not sure if we are going to finish this project or not.

the original problem we set ourselves was how to make a complex 3 dimensional table from flat members.
