This is a tough case for your Arduino Pro Mini. Design is tested and proven. Features include: - Made from 3D-printed durable plastic (or whatever you want). - H/W/D = 55mm/44mm/20mm - Wall thickness = 2mm; Lid thickness = 5mm - Lid has one (1) port for an Arduino Pro Mini with all pins accessible including FTDI breakout. - Lid has a 7mm port for wiring. - Lid has two (2) 1mm ports to allow LEDs to show through case (not pictured). - Base has two (2) ports for USB Micro or USB Mini. - Enclosure can be mounted using holes on its lid. - Designed for 4-40 bolts except where noted. - Arduino Pro Mini is mounted to enclosure using the (plastic) L-Brackets provided in this design. No glue or double-sided tape required. L-Brackets attach to the case with 2-56 screws + bolts and hold the Mini in place. There's some play but it works well enough for jumpers to be removed and added from the Mini. Note: Non-Prime cost to make this at Ponoko is about $60 using the cheapest plastic available. Printing this at home on a working RepRap or Mendel should be roughly $5.

Arduino Pro Mini 5v/16Mhz with (2x) custom enclosure and USB Micro breakout board for power. Comes with hardware listed. Shipped to you from Ponoko and Sparkfun. Parts include: Parts: - 1x Arduino Pro Mini 5v/16Mhz - 2x Acrylic Enclosures (see below) - USB Micro Breakout Board - Assembly hardware - Assembly instructions - 10x 4-40 bolts; - 10x 4-40 standoffs 1/2" - 4 Silicone pads (feet) Enclosure: - Dimensions: 64mm x 45mm x 25.5mm - Your choice of Green, Pink, Blue - Case has cutout for female or male headers on all pins except A4, A5. - One (1) cutout for USB-Micro. (3mm x 8mm) - One (1) cutout for square IC/Sensor for ex: light sensor, LED. (2mm x 6mm) - 2x acrylic L-bracket for mounting Arduino to case. - Assembly instructions Enclosure is assembled with glue on the bottom and four (4) sides. The top is fastened by 1.25" screws + nuts. You'll need cement or glue that works with acrylic. The Arduino chip is mounted to the enclosure with an acrylic L-bracket that comes with the kit. The USB Micro breakout board is fastened with (2) screws and bolts. Due to the way Sparkfun and Ponoko package some hardware you might have leftover hardware.
