Diamonds are forever

I found the challenge for a lasercut necklace would be to provide flexibility around the neck from a flat piece of material... I went for the classic look of diamonds ( emerald cut ), cut out of shiny black acrylic, with engraved detailing. Each diamond features slits through which a strip of gold leather is simply threaded. No need for glue or fasteners, the leather ties into an elegant bow at the back of the neck. The resulting necklace is striking and modern with just a touch of bling... Depending on the occasion, the user can add or remove some of the diamonds. (note: the concept model shows flat diamonds, but ideally they would have a thickness of 3 mm)

The layered necklace has not fallen out of trend, but they have fallen out of favor for the warm summertime climates. Who would want to pile on all of those necklaces in this heat? I created the "Antionette" pendant to freshen up the look of layered necklaces and make it fun and easier to wear this look in the summer. This retro-futuristic array of 6 hexagonal picture frame and shelf units can be arranged in various ways and sizes. The array as pictured measures approximately 30 inches high by 20 inches wide. Your pictures will have to be printed at 6 1/4" wide by 7 1/4" high to fit. The picture frames assemble very easily with included black barrel bolts. Each unit includes a facing frame and backing panel, the picture is sandwiched in between the two so you don't have to be super careful about how you cut the photos since the edges will be concealed. The shelves slot into the backing panels and can be removed if you want to put a picture there instead. All assembly and hanging hardware is included.
