Energy keyrings, with one of the 8 trigrams of the I Ching. The I Ching is one of the oldest Chinese classic texts. It describes an ancient system of philosophy, centered on the idea of balance of opposites. Each keyring represents a trigram and has its meaning. SUN: the gentle, the wind or wood, penetating CHEN: the exciting, arousing, the thunder, inciting CHIEN: the creative, the heaven, strong K'UN: the receptive, the eart, devoted TUI: the serene, joyous, the swamp, pleasure KEN: the keeping still, the mountain, resting LI: the ataching, clinging, the fire, light giving K'AN: the abysmal, the water, dangerous. Now while I wouldn't want to grow a mustache on my face, having a little version on a ring provides me with endless amusement. Instant mustache, instant giggle. Just hold it up and look at the, ahem, mustachee of choice, whether it be a friend, a dog, a Moai...even a lamp post. Everything looks better with a handlebar mustache! Framed Silhouettes don't have to hang on your wall anymore! With this set of 4 wooden coasters you can be sure to add a little bit of fancy under that refreshing drink. And maybe even spruce up your table and home. The hand drawn silhouettes have been cut from the wood and the fancy ornate frame was engraved into the surface of the wood. The coasters have been laser cut from Colour Rimu wood, that has been hand rubbed with tung oil to protect them. This set of coasters contains one coaster of each silhouetted figure. Size: 3.375" x 3.375" and approx .25" thick. Material: Cherry Diecut sillouetets and engraved frames make some super fancy drink coasters!

Large Trophy

Large (approx 380mm high) Trophy made from 10mm thick MDF with real wood veneer on both sides. The natural wood grain contrasts very nicely with the dark edges from the laser-cut MDF. The photos show a design that was customised for HOW Design magazine and you can have your own design and/or text inscribed into the cup of the trophy. It assembles without any glue, the two pieces slot together firmly and hold tight.
