Points are gained or lost due to the placement of buildings and green spaces, either by the players themselves, or when the grids are joined, by the common borders they share. Each player has different requirements they must try to attain while still watching what their neighbor is doing. VERSIONS Young: players just use the boards with the street grids. Players have a time limit to build their city, using a Design Card, with points awarded when all the boards are joined. The player with the most points wins.
