Bubbles Necklace in clear and silver - IntoIt Series We have been always fascinated with the fragile, ever-disappearing beauty of soap bubbles and exquisite rainbow play of color they create. We wanted to capture this beauty in our designs and long thought how to do so. Then we came up with an idea. To develop this design, we took a picture of actual soap bubbles. They say - you only get one shot at it; so we did. We created a sink full of beautiful bubbles and prepared to photograph them. We only got one shot - before the power in our studio went out - and we couldn't photograph anymore. But this one shot came out perfect, and based on it the Bubbles design was created. Design so exactly repeats natural pattern of soap bubbles, that when submerged in soapy water, becomes virtually invisible (see production shots). Laser cut from transparent and silver acrylic and encrusted with exquisite pearls and crystals, this necklace creates endless optical illusions when held against the light. Heart necklace in industrial steel and black - Organic Cell Series Organic Cell Series has been inspired by the anatomy of living cells (see the chart). Fascinating processes happening inside the cells, such as cell division, made us realize how really beautiful the whole structure is. As we all consist of millions of living cells, these processes might well determine the way we are, the way we think, feel, and live. Isn't it amazing how simple small parts form a complex big whole, with functions far more perfect than those of the parts?.. With the Organic Cell Series we wanted to move closer to the Source. In developing Organic Cell designs, oftentimes an actual life-size model is being hand-sculpted/carved or hand-drawn from modeling media, such as polymer clay. Based on this model, a vector graphic design is being developed on the computer. After that, design is being cut from the chosen material using a laser; the laser follows the paths set in the computer model. Finally, the laser cut design is being hand-finished and sent to you.
