      <title>Small Acrylic Chain</title>
      <link>http://assets.ponoko.com/showroom/ShoppingZen/3537</link>
<description>For the first self titled &quot;Free File Friday&quot; I have a sheet of small chain links that fits into a P1 sheet. These are small enough that you need to heat the links up before attempting to click them together. The result is a tightly fitting chain you could work into lighting fixture designs, earrings, bracelets and necklaces; cost permitting. Feel free to incorporate this into your designs, free and for profit.
Measurements: 10mm outside diameter, 6mm Dia. inside. 256 links on the sheet, adjust the ratio of solid to open links as needed.
Materials: You need to use 3mm or thinner material.
Tips: Heat the links with the openings just enough to allow clearance of solid links. Too much and the acrylic will deform.

      <title>Bamboo Napkin Holder Plan</title>
      <link>http://www.ponoko.com/showroom/ShoppingZen/3612</link>
<description>This simple plan is a starting point for a bamboo napkin holder. Cut a design into the sides or do some etching to make it your own. Choose the 5mm natural bamboo from the US hub for a proper fit.

<title>Squiddy the Extremely Angry Octopus Necklace Plan</title>
      <link>http://assets.ponoko.com/showroom/ShoppingZen/3675</link>
<description>With Squiddy the extremely angry octopus I tried to capture &quot;frenzied murderous rage&quot; on his little one eyed face. I think I succeeded!

The antenna growing out of the top of his head picked up broadcast TV. Sadly he missed the recent change to digital so he's been missing his favorite soaps...hence the rage.

Feel free to switch his expression from &quot;frenzied murderous rage&quot; to &quot;blissful happiness&quot; because he scored a free subscription to reader's digest...

Cut Squiddy from acrylic in any color of your choosing; although I think he'd look totally tubular in black.

      <title>Corner Marks Plan</title>
      <link>http://www.ponoko.com/showroom/ShoppingZen/3688</link>
<description>A filler piece I added to a PETG sheet earlier in the year. Its purpose is to mark a page within a book you reference often. The original one I made grabbed the paper to the point you had to be careful not to rip the paper taking it off. I went ahead and included a revision that uses a larger gap between the front and back; hopefully giving it less of a grab.

      <title>Skeleton Key Cutouts Plan</title>
      <link>http://www.ponoko.com/showroom/ShoppingZen/3739</link>
<description>Seven skeleton keys for you to unlock the hidden secrets of laser cutting... One is styled after an old wind up key. Use these to build a necklace or set of earrings perhaps? If these skeleton keys unlock any creepy doors in your basement let me know! Re-size as needed.

      <title>Laser Warning Signs</title>
      <link>http://www.ponoko.com/showroom/ShoppingZen/3757</link>
<description>Worry those nosy neighbors with a laser warning sign on the front lawn; suggesting that you have a dangerously high powered laser in the basement when in fact you do not.

      <title>360&#176; Protractor Plan</title>
      <link>http://www.ponoko.com/showroom/ShoppingZen/3846</link>
<description>A simple protractor plan, marked in 1,5 &amp; 10 degree increments.
You may find the degree marks useful when placing clock faces and the like.
Due to some material flex while laser cutting I wouldn't go planning a mission to Mars with this little guy.
