Dr Woohoo's Dandelions

As the light shines through each hanging kinetic art piece, a color shadow of the printed acrylic design on the surface of each seed of the dandelion falls on the nearest wall. Spinning around to a light breeze, the added dimension of movement is added to the experience.

For the best experience, hang the ~ 6" in diameter art piece in a place where sunlight will shine through it and a breeze will gently blow it. The string and hook to hang each dandelion is included.

Each kinetic dandelion art piece is sold separately as an individual piece, however you can buy as many as you want.

Games: Backgammon Board: Table

I love playing Backgammon, but a traditional board needs a flat, level surface and it doesn't take much of a knock to mess up the board during play. One solution is a magnetic set, but I seem to spend more time unsticking the counters from one another than I do playing! Surely there's a better way?! There is - a simple, slotted board.

This item consists of a 384mm x 326mm [15.1" x 12.8"] backgammon board, with slots to contain the counters in play. This item is suitable for use on a table at home - for a more portable option please see:
The 'travel' version (full-sized board, but in two, interlocking pieces) - http://www.ponoko.com/showroom/rraadd/games-backgammon-board-travel-1826
The 'mini' version (full-sized board, but in four, interlocking pieces) - http://www.ponoko.com/showroom/rraadd/games-backgammon-board-mini-1825
The 'micro' version (half-sized board, in four, interlocking pieces) - http://www.ponoko.com/showroom/rraadd/games-backgammon-board-micro-1824

The material options, below, all use 3mm [1/8"] -thick acrylic plastic, but I'd be happy to supply this design in any of the materials, plastic or wood, that Ponoko offers. Please contact me for a quote if you'd like to use an alternative material or thickness. For options see http://www.ponoko.com/make-and-sell/materials

Please note that this item is the backgammon board only - it will be much cheaper for you to source your own counters, doubling cube and dice. If you're not able to source the counters yourself, I can quote you for a set, made in the material(s) of your choice. Your counters need to be less than 19mm [¾"] in diameter to fit in the slots.

I can ship this product anywhere that Ponoko can reach, but I'll need to quote you for your specific location. Please contact me for a shipping quote.

Please feel free to contact me before you buy if you have any questions!

Totally kawaii!!! This necklace features the infamous tp and poo charm handmade with love out of polymer clay, painted with acrylics and glaze. There is also a hot pink acrylic, laser-cut heart, personally designed by me, with the japanese word "kawaii" which means "cute". Both the heart and the charm are attached with silver metal jumprings to an 18" silver-plated chain. The necklace features a lobster clasp closure and a tiny "made with love" charm attached next to it. This is a totally sweet necklace that looks awesome when worn!

Transient Cool - a pendant / fan

Perfect for summer, this lovely necklace doubles as a stylish fan. The design features a ten layer pattern which transforms in three dimensions. It is at once highly geometric and organic. The morphing profile gives the open fan a shape reminiscent of a nautilus while the pattern inside radiates like a flower.

Dimensions: 5.4" x 1.6" x .4" (in pendant form)

------------------------------------------------
This is the .EPS file for the fan necklace. To assemble it you will need something with a diameter of 3/32" to rivet together the fan. We used aluminum tube that you can find at most hardware stores. Cut the tube to size with a saw or a dremel, insert it through the layers and then hammer on both sides to create a rivet.

I think since this won the competition, Ponoko will make it for free, but I'm not quite sure yet.<br></br><img alt="Fan1_showroom_image" src="http://assets1.ponoko.com/design_images/3924/5876/fan1_showroom_image.jpg" />

I've always loved seahorses and since summer to me = beach, i thought I would play around with some fanciful beach creatures.

I've chosen the tinted blue acrylic for the material as it has this great transparent sea effect.

rastering on the tinted acrylic creates ass a great dimeson and really nice effect of movement and the waves. plus now you have see though parts of the pendat and some non see through.

this is a pendant, designed to be worn a lot.

I've been lucky enough to have this selected as a finalist for a ponoko challenge.
If you like this pendnt as much as i dpo please vote for it

I'm selling this pendant at a special price of $20 including post and packaging for the Month of August.

What describes summer best than sitting in the park , making daisy chains. Awesome! Putting these daisies together is so much fun, and what a rewarding result. Love it!

The photo’s demonstrate that the concept works… but cut from styrene; this material really doesn’t do the concept justice.
Beg , plea and bribe Ponoko to cut it from tyvek, fabric, paper, anything that’s soft playful, beautiful.
