      <title>TabletMod Large V3</title>
      <link>http://www.ponoko.in/showroom/TabletMod/8156</link>
<description>These are Ponoko ready .svg files for the do it yourself cintiq Enclosure Kit for the Wacom Intuos4 Large and Intuos4 Medium Tablets. This kit introduces a True Docking system. Simply open and place your tablet in. Draw on the screen and take your tablet out whenever you need.

Typical scenario: Have an Enclosure Kit at work and one at home, then transfer your tablet from one to another. So in essence you have access to two LCD tablets with one Intuos4 Large or Intuos4 Medium.

This New Kit is easy to assemble using a glue free design. When used with an Intuos4 Medium, the application (photoshop etc) needs to be run in a window matching the active area of the tablet. This is done with a simple keyboard shortcut.

It is Ergotron MX and LX Mountable.

Pictured here is the Special Edition Ancient Lore Engraved Kit made from Birch Plywood (for Europe), Glossy Hard Board (for USA/Canada), Bamboo Plywood (for New Zealand and Australia) and Plywood (for UK and Asia).

**IMPORTANT**
The cost for completing the build will be somewhere between $200 and $250 if you already have a tablet.
Please note that this is an estimate assuming you are based in the US and are using acrylic as your material.
The acrylic material + laser cutting will cost approx $70 - $80. This will depend on whether you are subscribed to prime or not.
Shipping approx $10
Controller Kit (Controller card with inverter, button panel, LVDS cable and power supply) approx $36 (excluding shipping, which seems to be between $8 and $25 depending on the method)
LCD Panel depends on the supplier and but could be upwards of $75 (excluding shipping). You could save quite a lot depending on how much time you spend searching for a good price.

You will also need to purchase separately:
1)LCD Panel (AUO B154PW02 or B154PW01 1440x900res ), 2)An LCD Controller with VGA inputs - R.RM3251 (this causes significantly less jitter/interference than the VGA+DVI cards R.RM5 series. You can also use the R.RM5251 but make sure you put in the foil shield as described in the video to shield the tablet from interference from the controller card.
You can source your controller from http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/njytouch/m.html
Their main website is http://www.njytouch.com/ContactUs.htm
(Ask them to pre assemble the controller kit - less work for you.)

3) 2 CCFL extensions - you can order these with your Controller card from NJYTouch (link above and approx $1 each)

4) Fasteners:
Slot pan head screws &amp; nuts made of stainless steel A2.
4 x M3 x 8mm
4 x M4 x 40mm
6 x M4 x 25mm
44 x M3 x 12mm
(The above fasteners can be obtained from http://stores.ebay.co.uk/astleycomponents)
6x PC case screws
If you would like a pack of screws, send a paypal payment of $15 to sales (at) tabletmod.com with your address and indicate which design you need the screws for. I can only ship the packs on Mondays and Fridays/Saturdays by standard untracked airmail (tracked would cost an additional $7.50)

4 x 100mm long and 2mm wide plastic cable ties

You can source your panel from http://www.tjinspirations.co.uk/
Be sure to specify that it be the exact model and not a &quot;compatible one&quot;.
