The Twisted Tree

I love the way branches in trees grow often curling around themselves in seach of the best spot of sun. I'm also slightly fascinated by the art of bonsai where trees are Cultivated into specific shapes often with the leaves trimmed to expose the branches. so this is a bit of a mix of all those ideas. The Twisted Tree measures 6cm at it's widest and 8cm at it's longest The Twisted Tree is part of a series of 3 trees each representing different perspectives on nature, the seasons and trees. Each Tree in the series is available in 3 different materials, Rimu veneer, Black Acrylic and semi transparent frosted White Acrylic, so check out my other listings for those trees. If you see another material you like in the ponoko catalog contact me and i can let you know if it's possible to make The Twisted Tree in that material Each pendant comes on a 60cm long chain. At no extra charge the chain can be lengthened or shortened on request, or swapped for a velvet choker.

Living in Wellington wind plays a big role in my life and i love the rustling sound a tree makes when a breeze passes by. The Autumn Tree, a SuperVery Pendant

Inspired by the trees after they drop their leaves in winter and a little by the tree of life. This pendant can hang both upside down or right side up depending on your mood. this pendant is laser cut in a colour rimu wood veneer. It is also available in any acrylic 4.5mm or thinner and the burnt effect of the laser on the edges creates a really great effect. all pendants come with a 60cm copper chain, this chain can be lengthened or shortened on request and you can also request silver or gold chain, leather or velvet
