A series of shapes to cut to test how wide you need to make your cuts so that they snap together perfectly. You will have different results with wood and acrylic as acrylic is a lot stiffer and less forgiving than wood. These pieces have been designed to be cut from 3mm thick material, however if you look at the design you will be able to adapt it to thicker materials.

Large Trophy

Large (approx 380mm high) Trophy made from 10mm thick MDF with real wood veneer on both sides. The natural wood grain contrasts very nicely with the dark edges from the laser-cut MDF. The photos show a design that was customised for HOW Design magazine and you can have your own design and/or text inscribed into the cup of the trophy. It assembles without any glue, the two pieces slot together firmly and hold tight.

Family Heart Pendants

Family Hearts - 5 different pendants made from black Delrin, 1mm thick. Each sheet has 7 of each heart for a total of 35 individual pendants. Each individual heart is approx 30mm high. The hearts can be customised upon request with your selection of names.

This is an African Umbrella Tree that stands upright and is an ideal piece of artwork to hang your earrings from. It ships flat-packed and is easy to assemble with the stands to hold it upright simply slotting into place. It's made from environmentally friendly bamboo ply, however I can change the materials on request. I am working on more tree designs with an Australian Gum Tree at the prototype stage currently...
