      <title>Layer-puzzle</title>
      <link>http://www.ponoko.com/showroom/Hammer/1271</link>
      <description>Sixteen layers of clear acrylic stacked together to form a cube capturing 12 balls in its space.

The Ponoko team provided the precision cut layers, I sourced the chrome steel balls&#8230;
Don&#8217;t let the millions of combinations put you off; it&#8217;s a challenging puzzle for sure, but by no means impossible to solve. Give it a try and I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;ll find it very rewarding. Piece it together and marvel at its beauty as you see it grow and come together. This puzzle is so much fun!

And the fun doesn&#8217;t stop once finished; the way the acrylic and chrome capture the light is mesmerizing. Once in front of you you can't take your hands nor eyes off it. Be amazed by the reflection of light; in the sun, under a spotlight or play with colored LED&#8217;s as I did for some of the photos.

      <title>The one that got away</title>
      <link>http://www.ponoko.com/showroom/Hammer/1243</link>
      <description>&#8216;The one that got away&#8217;

Thirteen runners ready at the start line but only twelve seem to make it to the finish&#8230;?
This puzzle is not about the pieces falling together; that&#8217;s the easy part. You solved its mystery when you can explain what happened to the one that got away.
This little puzzle makes an excellent conversation piece on your desk or coffee table.

      <title>Crocodile-ball</title>
      <link>http://www.ponoko.com/showroom/Hammer/1233</link>
      <description>Thirty crocodiles entangled in a magic ball; no glue, no screws.
Find the underlying geometric pattern to weave the crocodiles together. If that&#8217;s not enough challenge for you; invent your own rules how they interact. There are three different crocodiles and you decide how they can or can&#8217;t interact. &#8216;Would you still be asleep if someone was biting your tail?&#8217;
