Glue laminated timber - Fir
What is it
Glue laminated wood is made by bonding together layers of timber.
It provides the strength and versatility of large wood and it contains less glue than plywood.
Fir timber is soft, white-yellowish with darker reddish grain. Fir contains resin, and the surface can have darker nodes.
Due to nodes presence and other flaws of natural wood, our advice is to avoid small, intricated designs with small details.
