Design notes
Wool felt is incredibly resilient and retains it's unique properties for decades. It is wear resistant, cuts with a clean edge and does not fray. The colors are vibrant and non toxic. It can be drycleaned to reduce the burnt smell but it pays to test a sample first. Raster engraving is not recommended.

Tips from other designers
It's important to note before ordering a design on felt that it will arrive with a burnt ash look on the edges of the cuts, and as mentioned above, a burnt smell. The main reccomendations from Ponoko users to remove these is dry cleaning (either professional or with tumble dryer dry clean sheets) and leaving it to air out.
