MDF is typically used in joinery and furniture applications instead of natural timber. It is suitable for modelmaking and prototyping.
Made from Radiata pine trees grown in sustainably managed forests and timber waste generated from other timber manufacturing processing.
Adhesives, joints & fastenings
Construction adhesives will bond boards well. Follow the adhesive manufacturer's instructions for application processes. Screw joints should be pre-drilled to avoid splitting.
