What is it

Paper-based material consisting of a fluted corrugated sheet and two flat linerboards. Brown color Single-Walled.

Design notes

Brown cardboard finish with visible corrugations. Large simple shapes will work best. Raster engraving is not recommended. We cannot use the protective transfer tape while laser cutting the corrugated card so some burning marks will be visible on one side of the material.

Packaging and prototyping.

Environmental info

100% recyclable. An excellent source of fibre for recycling. They can be compressed and baled for cost effective transport. The baled boxes are put in a hydropulper, which is a large vat of warm water for cleaning and processing. The pulp slurry is then used to make new paper and fiber products. Recycling corrugated fiberboard helps conserve natural resources and energy. It also helps countries without sustainable wood resources build a paper and packaging industry locally.
