Which making hubs does Prime apply to?
Prime is only for orders made at the NZ and US making hubs. Prime does not apply to orders made at any other making hub (e.g. Germany).
What's the difference between the different making hubs around the world?
Each making hub is locally owned and operated. Pricing, materials, support, delivery and business terms may vary between one making hub and another.
What are the details about FREE shipping delivery?
All Prime members will pay ZERO postage for all orders over $100 (making + materials), and shipped from our USA hub to any continental USA destination (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), or shipped from our NZ hub to any NZ destination.
Is Prime a long-term commitment?
No, Prime is a month-to-month service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. If you cancel, you won't be billed again (you'll only pay what you have already paid for the current month in advance).
Can I change plans at any time?
Yep, it's easy! To downgrade to a Free account simply click on the "My Account/Designmake Prime" tab on your dashboard and click the cancel button. To upgrade to Prime just click the 'Sign Up!' button above. There's no fee to upgrade.
Can I get a refund?
To be fair to everyone, we have a simple rule that applies to everyone all of the time. Refunds of Prime subscription fees are not issued and we don't do pro rata refunds for partial months. But we do promise that if you choose to cancel your account, you will never be charged again.
