You first need to create the box that houses the cheering fans. Only assemble the bottom, back side and one side together. Once that is complete, take the top of the box with the slits cut in. This is where it gets tricky. You need one heavy guage florist wire. Place the cheering fans into the slot, hole side into the box. Work you crank through the holes in the acrylic fans and through both ends of the box. Finish assembling the box. Now you need to adjust the wire to a crank mechanism and decorate for your favorite team.
