A series of shapes to cut to test how wide you need to make your cuts so that they snap together perfectly. You will have different results with wood and acrylic as acrylic is a lot stiffer and less forgiving than wood.
These pieces have been designed to be cut from 3mm thick material, however if you look at the design you will be able to adapt it to thicker materials.
