Reviews of TabletMod XL Enclosure

I built one of your tabletmod xl kits and I had problems with the led controller shorting out. If you build one, make sure and shield the controller from static discharge. You can use an anti-static bag around the controller and cut out notches for the wires.

One more thing, I did order the enclosure out of acrylic and during the build a lot of the thinner pieces and some of the stess points cracked. I had to reinfource with tape. It is not pretty but it works. If you order this, I researched a little and derlin is much stronger than acrylic. When you select your materials it says that the derlin is 3.2mm thick, don't worry because there is enough space were the pieces fit together to accomodate this thicker material(I think!).
