For the first self titled "Free File Friday" I have a sheet of small chain links that fits into a P1 sheet. These are small enough that you need to heat the links up before attempting to click them together. The result is a tightly fitting chain you could work into lighting fixture designs, earrings, bracelets and necklaces; cost permitting. Feel free to incorporate this into your designs, free and for profit.
Measurements: 10mm outside diameter, 6mm Dia. inside. 256 links on the sheet, adjust the ratio of solid to open links as needed.
Materials: You need to use 3mm or thinner material.
Tips: Heat the links with the openings just enough to allow clearance of solid links. Too much and the acrylic will deform.
