This nest includes all necessary MDF pieces to build a ShapeOko CNC mill. Please keep in mind there are several other components you will need in order to complete the build:
X & Y Axis Linear Guide: NSK LU15, you'll need 3 trucks and about 36inches of rail total.
Z Axis Rail: THK HRW-17CA(R), you only need 1 truck and about 4 inches of rail.

Alternatively you can use EMC2 to control the mill, in which case you'll need this carrier board: http://www.buildlog.net/blog/2011/08/open-source-4-axis-stepper-driver/
For Each axis (X,Y,Z) a lead nut is required. The design accomodates the 1" square flange variety provided by dumpstercnc.com. They can be found here: http://www.dumpstercnc.com/acme_12101.html (part #AC12101-FN) be sure to add the 1" square flange option. You will need 3 of those total.
Acme rod can be found from a variety of sources:

*OR* if you have access to a skilled machinist, have them turn down your acme rods to 1/4" on the ends, in which case you could use a straight coupler
