The few I made were .5mm, about 55mm cubed. The folds are scored with a vector engraving. They work real well and can put up with a bunch of abuse. I haven't had one break. There was talk in the forum of a living hinge, and I think this is an example.
I imagine this could be scaled up or down without trouble.

This looks really cool. Any idea which sheet size I should pick when getting Ponoko to print this?
Options are:
A: 181mm x 181mm
B: 384mm x 384mm
C: 790mm x 384mm
Would be usful to know which one this best fits on. thanks.

The 384mm square fits 4 of these. One won't fit on the smallest size.
