This dolphin is made entirely of flat laser-cut triangles and connectors. They are joined by pins, letting the dolphin flex slightly under pressure instead of breaking.
Specifically, they are held together by a little over a hundred cotter pins, which are 99 cents / 100 from McMaster-Carr.
