Developed by WoodMarvels, this traditional bird house features a perch and is very easy to assemble. All that is needed for assembly is some carpenters glue and a few hours to allow everything to dry together.
Please note that unlike plastic, wood will swell when exposed to damp environments. You will need to purchase a wooden dowels at your local lumber yard with a diameter of 3/16 inches or 5 mm. You will also need to apply a bead of caulking along the top and seams to ensure water doesn't enter when it rains if this is for outdoor use. You should also apply water-proofing paint. Due to the material used (plywood), you shouldn't place this bird house directly into the elements, keep it in a protected area such as under a branch and you should store it in a dry place over the winter season.
Approximate dimensions: 18cm long, 16cm high and with a width of 14cm. Material thickness is 9mm.
