Underneath the main photo on this page, you can click "Download Free Files" to get the SVG. That can be used with most laser cutters.

Perhaps try using Inkscape to edit the file? Ponoko's design rules specify very thin lines, so when I open the SVG in Inkscape I have to zoom in a few times before the cut lines are visible. Your laser cutter may want the lines to be thicker or a different color.

How do the screws work in this design? Do you just use self-tapping screws and screw directly into the side of the pieces? I'm sorry; I don't know anything yet about making things that exist in the real world.
