I'm experimenting with attaching acrylic pieces together; in what ultimately will be a poseable toy robot.

Shown is an arm joint that snaps into a hole and allows the arm to rotate 360 degrees. I added a small gasket (red) in an attempt at adding friction to the joint. I think it may do more good on the inside.

Delrin could make a stronger joint; but I'm seeing what I can get out of the cheaper acrylic to begin with.

I'm also toying around with a neck joint that allows both side to side and up and down movement...
