I'm not familiar with Scribus, but the file opens fine in other software that reads EPS files. Ponoko supports Illustrator and Inkscape.

This actually failed to open in Inkscape as well. Not sure why, no message about what the problem was.

EPS files are not recognised by Inkscape. I will upload an SVG version of the file that should work for you.

The EPS file I downloaded seems to be just the template, without the actual drawing. True at least when I opened it in scribus. Is the problem on my end?
